The Contessa 32 Class Association is incredibly saddened to hear of the passing of Jeremy Rogers MBE.

It is a true testament to Jeremy’s skills that the boat he helped design and first built over 50 years ago is still being regularly raced, cruised and loved in all four corners of the globe by fans of all ages.
Never failing to turn heads and never failing to bring enjoyment and comfort to those that sail her, Jeremy’s legacy lives on through the Contessa 32 community.
We are thankful for all the pleasure that his boat has given us over the past 50 years and will continue to do so for many years to come.

A full obituary is at Yachts and Yachting.

The funeral will be family only, and will be followed by a public memorial service at a date yet to be announced.
Our thoughts are with Fiona and the rest of the Rogers family.
