NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting will be held virtually on:

SATURDAY 6th MARCH 2021

Members will need to register their intention to attend by emailing: info@CO32.org by Friday 5th March 2021 providing their boat name and a contact email address.

The meeting will be held using the ‘Zoom’ platform. Full details of how to join the AGM will be sent to the contact email address provided. More details on how to utilise the platform are available at zoom.us

The AGM will be followed by the Annual Discussion Forum. The Discussion Forum will be followed by an announcement of the 2020 Prizes. It is intended that the 2020 prize giving will take place at the 50th Celebrations in June 2021.

All documents for the AGM will be posted on the Association’s website (co32.org) prior to the meeting (you will need to log in to access them).
